I have been receiving a lot of emails asking me to diagnose herpes. I cannot do that for two reasons. I'm not a doctor and this should be done in a doctor's office or in a STD clinic.

When I do answer people usually don't write to me back to thank me for taking the time. That's why I've decided to stop replying to this type of emails. I already give as much information on herpes symptoms as I can on this website.

I will gladly answer most other questions though.

If you have urgent questions and don't want to visit your doctor please call these hotlines. None will be able to give you a diagnosis either. There is a limit to how much you can do online or on the phone.
